The Steel Club Movement Library is loaded today with 40+ videos of movement pattern demonstrations. and explanations of how to properly move with your Steel Club! This library will continue to grow every month. This library begins with Single Hand Movement Patterns that will start you on the right path to training properly and safely. From there it will build to Combination Movement Patterns, Heavy Club Movement Patterns, and eventually Double Club Movement patterns.
This program is designed to help you understand the most important fundamentals of Steel Club Training. We start with understanding the importance of the Hinge and Order Position, build to a Front Swing, Hand to Hand Swing, Side Swing, and Cross Body Swing. This program is designed to improve not only strength and timing but to force you to get your reps in to build to more complex movement patters!
1-1 Training programs are meant for anyone looking to move better and understand training with their Steel Club, Mace or Arc. In these 5 sessions (45 minutes) we will cover the fundamental movement patters that will advance you into combination movement patters with proper form and technique. This sessions are done via Zoom/ FaceTime with an Adex Coach. These sessions are not included in our Annual Membership and are a separate cost.
We are currently building out a Movement Library for the Steel Mace and the Arc. There will also include a Body Weight/ Mobility Library as well. Each library will continue to grow and content will be added on a monthly basis.
